A pre-order does not include any costs or responsibilities for you. Therefore any individual can show their non-binding interest in a domain by pre-ordering. For us the date of the pre-order assigns the priorities: whoever comes first gets the chance for a binding order first.

As soon as the official regulation body (ICANN) has decided which new domain names are approved the licencees will arrange the prices and rules for registrations.

Once that happens, we will inform you about the exact conditions. Then you get the chance to make your pre-order a binding order.
